A connected writing workspace.
Use PennedCanon to develop your manuscript with story references, editorial decisions and saved revisions close to the prose. Build a creative record you can revisit and package alongside your work.
Founding 100 Writers’ Club / By application
Help establish a private writing workshop with shared AI infrastructure. We are recruiting one hundred writers to develop their own projects with PennedCanon and a confidential peer community. Dedicated private AI computing is planned and is not available yet. Bring your lived experience, examine the feedback and keep a visible record of the decisions that shape your work.
Make 2027 the year you work on your story. Bring the experience you have been meaning to put into words, and build a writing practice with people who take that ambition seriously. Recruitment may overlap the New Year; the programme begins when its readiness conditions are met, not on a promised January date.
$175 for the first year. A $20 refundable application payment counts toward membership if you join. Withdraw before balance payment, decline the final offer, be rejected or see the club fail to launch, and receive the $20 back.
This is a founding programme with development risk. After the disclosed procurement commitment point, membership funds will be spent on equipment, integration and operating costs. If development fails before launch, some or all of your $155 balance may be unrecoverable; the promised $20 no-launch refund remains. If the service launches and later fails, some or all of the $175 paid may be unrecoverable. A full refund after that point is not promised. Applicable consumer rights remain in force. Final service and delivery-risk terms will be provided before the separate $155 decision.
Application payment.
Credited if you’re accepted.
Remaining first-year balance.
Only after final terms and your decision to proceed.
A clear refund commitment.
If we reject your application or the club does not launch, your $20 is refunded in full.
The shared mission
Some writers arrive with a draft. Others have years of experience and a story they have struggled to begin. We want to bring those people together with tools, thoughtful feedback and a process they can understand.
We’ll use AI to explore possibilities, test structure and work through revision. We’ll ask what the writer contributed, what the technology supplied, and what changed because someone made a considered decision. As the work develops, we’ll help one another prepare it for readers and keep a record of how it took shape.
Demand first / a staged founding process
We have a credible starting point. Now we need to find the writers who want to build this with us. Preliminary research has identified plausible equipment within the proposed budget; the final configuration and service capacity are not yet proven.
Apply with a $20 refundable application payment. Tell us about your writing goals and, if you wish, introduce others. No equipment purchase or finished technical plan is required to test interest. Sharing is optional and never affects admission.
Qualified means reviewed as fitting the published writing, collaboration and conduct criteria—not simply a form submission or social share. With 50 qualified applicants and continuing interest, we begin detailed equipment, capacity, operating-cost and delivery planning, informed by applicants’ needs. This is a planning checkpoint, not permission to spend their refundable payments.
At 100 accepted applicants and a workable plan, we will provide the final membership specification, initial usage allowance, delivery dates, remaining technical assumptions, NDA and risk/refund terms. Each applicant explicitly chooses whether to pay $155. Applying never authorizes a later charge. Decline or withdraw before balance payment and receive the $20 back.
Procurement begins only after 100 memberships are fully paid, funds have cleared and the seven-day cancellation window has closed with funding intact. Purchase and implementation testing follow funding. The paid membership year starts after the agreed service-readiness checks, not at application.
Your $20 remains refundable on request until you choose to proceed with the final offer. Rejection or failure to launch also triggers a full $20 refund. Refunds are initiated within 10 business days; processing fees are not deducted. The later pre-procurement cancellation window protects the full amount collected.
Applications, qualified applicants, accepted applicants and fully paid members are different counts. Progress reports will label each clearly. No current membership count is claimed.
100 founding places + 20 standby applications
We will also accept up to 20 additional qualified waitlist applications. The waitlist is free and does not expand the founding cohort beyond 100 members. If an initial applicant declines, withdraws or misses the published payment deadline, we will invite the next qualified waitlisted applicant in application order to activate the available place. Invitations provide three business days to respond, with the exact deadline stated in America/New_York time. Activation requires their affirmative agreement; no payment is automatic. The $20 application payment is collected only when they accept an available place, with the same refund rights. The $155 requires a separate decision after receiving the final offer. Waitlisted applicants are not counted as funded members, and a place is not guaranteed.
Your founding year
The proposed membership brings PennedCanon and a private writing community together for twelve months. You’ll help establish the habits, standards and product priorities of the club’s first year.
Use PennedCanon to develop your manuscript with story references, editorial decisions and saved revisions close to the prose. Build a creative record you can revisit and package alongside your work.
A members-only Discourse community for ideas, writing exchanges, feedback and practical questions. Confidentiality commitments and clear moderation rules will set the expectations for sharing.
Direct contact with founder Rob Wescott and a channel for product ideas. Every member proposal will be considered. Suggestions will inform product priorities; implementation and individual responses are not guaranteed.
Find writing partners, share a difficult revision, exchange approaches and celebrate completed drafts and publications. Member work will only be featured publicly with the writer’s permission.
Before the $155 is collected, the final membership specification will list the included PennedCanon tools, project limits, AI allowances, start date and renewal terms. Peer exchanges are voluntary; professional editing, publication, sales and copyright outcomes are not guaranteed.
The founding-year programme
Arrive with a project and a realistic intention: find the shape of a memoir, finish a draft, work through a revision or prepare a manuscript for readers. The workshop gives that intention a recurring place in your month.
This is the proposed founding-year programme. Session dates, time zones, accessibility arrangements and the final service specification will be published with the final offer before the $155 is collected.
One 60-minute founder-led session each month: examine a passage, compare feedback and follow a revision through its saved history. Use prepared examples or member work shared with specific permission. A cancelled session will be rescheduled or replaced with an equivalent group session during the paid term.
An opt-in invitation to exchange a scene or short excerpt, up to 2,000 words, with a writing partner. Use a common brief: what the writer wants help with, what the reader noticed and what the writer decides to change. Exchanges depend on willing partners; individual critiques are not guaranteed.
One 60-minute group discussion each quarter for product questions, workflow problems and member proposals. Every submitted idea will be considered. Consideration does not promise implementation, an individual response, compensation or an ownership interest in PennedCanon.
A written update on the service, current limitations and product decisions, alongside member milestones shared by permission. Keep useful practices in a growing community library rather than leaving them buried in chat.
Set a project intention, organize references and save a starting version. Complete a first documented revision and learn the community’s approach to useful, respectful feedback.
Bring a scene, chapter or structural question to the process. Compare responses, check the evidence and retain the reasons for your choices.
Revisit continuity, character knowledge, voice and the effects of earlier changes. Work at the pace and scope your project needs.
Organize a selected version and its creative record for your next reader, editor or publishing step. Join an optional private showcase of progress; a finished book is not a condition of belonging.
Proposed term: one common founding year after Private AI readiness. The twelve-month paid term starts on one common cohort date after every founding account has been offered activation and the service readiness checks pass. We will announce that date at least seven days ahead. Earlier community and workspace access, once available, is a bonus and does not shorten that year. Any optional outside-provider AI use before activation is separately funded and disclosed.
Founder contact means the community channel, scheduled workshops and quarterly group discussions. Membership does not include unlimited one-to-one support, a professional edit or guaranteed feedback on every submission. Member writing will not be recorded or reused without specific permission.
Author control & creative provenance
A useful response should bring you closer to the manuscript. PennedCanon connects feedback to the passage it concerns, gives you room to examine the evidence and preserves your decision alongside the version you reviewed.
A reader questions a character’s motivation. Open the cited passage, check what the scene establishes and decide whether the observation holds up. Source-linked feedback gives the conversation something concrete to return to.
Build a panel of simulated readers with distinct interests and review priorities. Explore where their interpretations diverge, then bring the useful questions to real writing partners. AI panels are simulations; they cannot stand in for human audience research.
Accept, adapt or reject advice, and record why. As you revise, saved versions and recorded decisions help you recover the thinking behind a change. Approval alone does not turn AI-generated prose into human-authored expression.
The Authorship Evidence Package organizes recorded sources, assistance and decisions for a selected version. It helps explain how the work developed, while acknowledging gaps. It does not certify authorship or guarantee copyright protection.
These workflows are described in the existing PennedCanon prototype. The owned AI service, its integration and its measured capacity are the work this membership launch would fund.
Follow a prepared revision and its history ↗This is a founding programme with development risk.
100 writers × $175
The founding memberships will fund the purchase and integration of PennedCanon-owned AI equipment, together with the safeguards and operating support needed to put it to work for this club. The goal is a dependable writing service that we can improve through actual use.
$17,500 is gross first-year membership revenue when all 100 members have paid in full. The $20 refundable application payment is included in the $175, not added to it. Payment fees, applicable taxes, refunds and operating costs reduce the amount available for equipment.
Funding plan / planning allowances, not supplier quotations
| Allocation | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Application-refund reserve | $2,000 | 100 × $20. Match the reserve to all outstanding refundable application payments; more than 100 paid applications require a larger reserve. Processing fees are funded separately. Retained in cash for withdrawal, rejection and no-launch refunds; unavailable for procurement, integration or operations before the minimum promised service is delivered. Community access alone does not release it. |
| Owned equipment & setup | $7,500 | AI workstation, backup equipment, power protection, networking, equipment tax and shipping. |
| Integration & security assistance | $2,000 | Limited specialist help, access controls and a security-review allowance. Most development is founder-contributed. |
| First-year operation & community | $3,000 | Incremental power, connectivity, hosting for the community, backups and maintenance; a $3,000 total ceiling, including early community access. That averages $250/month over 12 months, or about $167/month over six early-access months plus the 12-month paid year. These are budget averages, not validated operating costs. |
| Payment & collection reserve | $1,000 | Estimated processing costs and collection/refund friction. This is not a quoted processor rate or a full refund guarantee fund. |
| Accounting & tax reserve | $750 | Administration and tax-planning allowance; final tax treatment remains to be determined. |
| Delivery contingency | $1,250 | Equipment changes, replacement parts, integration overruns and launch adjustments. |
| Total planned allocation | $17,500 | 100 fully paid first-year memberships × $175. |
$17,500 received − $2,000 protected for application refunds = $15,500 available for the project. Of that project budget, $9,500 covers equipment and specialist integration, $3,000 covers operations and community, and $3,000 covers payment costs, accounting/tax and delivery contingency. The refund reserve is counted once and is not part of the server budget.
To create the reserve, equipment is reduced by $750 (from $8,250 to $7,500) and delivery contingency by $1,250 (from $2,500 to $1,250). Integration and operating allowances are preserved. Any reserve released after the minimum promised service is delivered stays available for club operating resilience; the base plan does not depend on spending it.
The budget balances at the stated funding goal, but delivery feasibility is not yet proven. At 50 qualified applicants we will obtain current quotations and develop a practical implementation and operating plan. The final offer will explain the remaining assumptions and testing before anyone chooses to pay $155. The refund reserve will not be used to close a project-budget gap.
This proposed budget is adapted from the earlier campaign’s equipment and integration allowances, with a separate application-refund reserve and reduced equipment and contingency allowances. It has not been validated against current quotations, tax treatment or measured workloads. It relies on existing premises and unpaid founder development, facilitation and support; it does not include a founder salary. The operating allowance must cover any bonus-access period as well as the paid year; a shortfall requires a revised plan before the $155 offer, not an assumed founder subsidy. Final allowances and delivery remedies must be disclosed before collecting the $155 balance.
Hardware research / November 5, 2026
Initial research identified plausible equipment within the proposed $7,500 equipment budget. The exact configuration, delivered price, model quality and service capacity will be developed at the 50-qualified-applicant planning stage.
The provisional 100 × 20 reviews means 2,000 jobs a month. That volume may be feasible with bounded inputs, output limits and a shared queue; it does not mean 100 simultaneous AI conversations. Quality, real pipeline timing and sustained load must pass testing before the allowance becomes a promise.
The $3,000 operating allowance is a planning limit, not a supplier quote. At the planning stage we will decide how to provide the community, power, maintenance and backups within the available funds. A workable operating plan is required before the final membership offer.
Hardware options have been researched; detailed planning starts at 50 qualified applicants.
100 accepted applicants’ $20 payments. Held as the $2,000 application-refund reserve; excluded from project spending until the minimum promised service is delivered.
100 remaining balances of $155. Collected only after 100 accepted applicants receive the final offer and each affirmatively chooses to proceed.
Gross receipts: $2,000 retained for application refunds and $15,500 allocated to the project. All funding must clear and the cancellation window close before procurement.
A concrete destination for the funding. The original campaign’s purpose carries forward: empower PennedCanon with its own AI, integrated into a workspace where writers retain control and can explain their process. Club membership adds the people who will help establish that practice together.
Membership buys access to the stated services. The equipment will be owned and operated by PennedCanon; members receive no equity, equipment ownership or financial return.
Infrastructure for the shared mission
Once the launch goal is funded, Rob will purchase and launch a private AI server reserved for Writers’ Club use. The service will be configured around the writing and revision practices we develop together.
“The point is to help people make better work—and understand the decisions that made it better.”
Proposed founder commitment for this offer. The club AI service is planned; it is not available today. Hardware selection, delivery milestones and usage allowances remain provisional during demand validation. Detailed planning begins at 50 qualified applicants; the final offer precedes any $155 collection.
Shared capacity for club members, with published allowances and fair scheduling. Membership does not mean unlimited simultaneous AI use.
For the planned Private AI route, manuscript text used for retrieval and inference will be processed on PennedCanon-owned equipment, without sending that task to an outside AI provider. Private jobs will never silently switch to an external provider. Your manuscripts will not be used for model training or fine-tuning without separate, explicit opt-in.
We’ll develop writing workflows and evaluate their results together. We plan to integrate an existing model and disclose its identity and available training information. Owning the server does not establish the provenance of its training data. Configuration and shared guidance are the starting point; a new foundation model is not part of this offer.
PennedCanon will own and operate the equipment. Members purchase access to the stated services for the membership term, not equity, equipment ownership or financial returns.
Room for serious writing
Lives and stories contain difficult material: grief, sexuality, violence, prejudice and trauma. We want the service to consider the writer’s purpose, the passage’s context and the task being asked of it, so that people with lived experience can work honestly and carefully.
The club will help develop and test those practices, with clear boundaries against exploitation and abuse, and a way to raise mistaken restrictions. Sensitive-content support needs evaluation; every request cannot be promised at launch. Thoughtful disagreement and respect for writers who choose not to use AI belong in the same conversation.
Private AI is a hosted service. Your work still travels to PennedCanon; it does not remain entirely on your device. Account administration, payments, communications and other disclosed supporting services may use third parties. Authorized administrative access, retention, deletion and backup practices must be explained in the privacy notice before members submit private material. Private hosting is not a promise of zero administrative access or perfect security.
Application payment and refunds
Review the application terms and refund policy →
The proposed first-year price is $175. The $20 refundable application payment is credited toward it if you join. Acceptance does not make the $155 automatically due: you receive the final offer and choose whether to proceed.
The $20 is refunded on rejection, withdrawal before balance payment, declining the final terms or NDA, or failure to launch. Refunds are initiated within 10 business days. If funding fails or the campaign is cancelled before procurement, all amounts collected are refunded. The seven-day pre-procurement cancellation window also permits a full refund.
After procurement, development-failure and service-closure arrangements remain subject to the final terms and applicable rights. The $20 no-launch refund promise remains; no unfunded full refund of committed balances is promised. Those later risk terms must be settled before the $155 offer.
Founding Membership Promise
A private writing workshop with shared AI infrastructure should have understandable commitments. Applications validate demand under their own refund terms. Detailed planning begins at 50 qualified applicants; final membership terms come before the $155 decision. It is not a payment authorization or final membership agreement.
$175: a $20 refundable application payment, credited if accepted, and a $155 balance collected only after 100 accepted applicants receive the final offer and individually choose to proceed. Rejection or failure to launch triggers the application-fee refund. Refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Withdrawal before balance payment and declining the final terms also receive the $20 back. The application checkout total is $20, including any applicable tax. The final offer will disclose the balance’s tax treatment.
PennedCanon workspace access, a private Discourse community, the published Private AI allowance and the agreed group programme. Individual editing, unlimited coaching, guaranteed peer responses and publication outcomes are not included. Exact software entitlements and AI allowances remain to be approved.
The funding condition is met when all 100 accepted members have paid in full and funds have cleared. Community opening follows required agreements. Private AI activation means access to the published minimum service, not simply a purchased server. Opening Discourse alone does not deliver the full offer.
One common twelve-month term starts after every founding account has been offered activation and the readiness checks pass, with seven days’ advance notice. Earlier access is a bonus. Choosing not to log in does not defer the start. There is no automatic renewal.
Hardware and models may be selected or replaced to meet the published service specification. Access will have defined allowances, queues and maintenance conditions. Material reductions in a purchased service must be addressed under agreed change and remedy terms; a website edit will not retroactively reduce accepted rights.
Members purchase services and community access. PennedCanon will own and operate the planned equipment. Membership confers no equity, profit share, hardware ownership or governance vote. Writers retain their rights in their own work; confidentiality and copyright remain distinct.
Delivery remedies are not settled yet. The proposed clock is 90 days for recruitment, 14 days for balances plus one 14-day replacement window, a 120-day AI target and day-180 delivery-or-resolution checkpoint after cleared funding, and refund initiation within 10 business days. A full post-procurement refund is not proposed. Members could lose some or all of the $155 balance if development fails after funds are committed; the $20 no-launch refund remains. After service launch, some or all of the $175 may be unrecoverable if the service fails. The lawful risk allocation, wind-down process and prolonged-outage remedy must be settled before the $155 balance is offered. The existing promise to refund the $20 if rejected or the club does not launch remains in place.
There is no claim that payments are escrowed, insured or held in a legally protected trust. The proposed practice is to retain sufficient funds for pre-launch refunds and defer procurement until the full funding condition is met. Post-procurement remedies require a separate, financially supportable plan.
Timeline and refund terms
| Stage | Default | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Recruitment | 90 days | From the public opening date, closing earlier if the cohort fills. Review applications weekly and provide a decision or status update within 10 business days. Up to 20 additional qualified applicants may join a free waitlist. Invite replacements in application order when an initial applicant withdraws, declines or misses the published deadline; activation and payments require affirmative agreement. |
| Detailed planning | 50 qualified applicants | With continuing interest, build the equipment, cost, capacity and implementation plan. This does not trigger purchases, release application funds or guarantee launch. Final offer readiness is required before inviting the $155 payment. |
| Balance collection | 14 + 14 days | Once 100 applicants are accepted and a workable delivery plan is ready, provide the final specification, risks, refund terms and dates with an invitation to affirmatively purchase. Applications never authorize an automatic $155 charge. Allow 14 days to pay and one further 14-day window to fill unpaid places. Then fund or cancel; no automatic extension. If the threshold is not reached during recruitment, refund all payments. |
| Before procurement | 7 days’ notice | Once all 100 payments clear, send the funding-completion notice with the service specification, dates and cancellation terms. Permit a full-refund cancellation during this seven-day period. Recheck funding before ordering; any shortfall must be explicitly covered by the founder or the campaign cancelled. |
| Early community access | Within 14 days | After funding clears, required agreements are signed and the procurement-notice cancellation window closes with funding intact. Early community and available workspace access are bonuses; the paid programme has not started. |
| Private AI delivery | 120 / 180 days | Target activation within 120 days of cleared funding; day-180 delivery-or-resolution checkpoint after cleared funding. These planning periods are not validated technical estimates. The final delivery terms and remedies will be provided before any $155 payment. |
| One common paid year | 12 months | Announce the cohort start at least seven days ahead, after every founding account has been offered activation, the minimum private service is available, and pilot, account-isolation, usage-accounting and backup-restoration checks pass. Choosing not to log in does not defer the start. |
| Renewal | No automatic renewal | The founding year ends without a renewal charge. Any subsequent paid membership requires a separate offer and affirmative purchase. |
| Founder support | Weekly review | Review support weekly, targeting an initial response within five business days. Resolution may take longer. One short written update each month during development; the twelve workshops and four product discussions begin with the common paid year. |
Proposed risk terms / review before the $155 offer
This is a founding programme with development risk. After the disclosed procurement commitment point, membership funds will be spent on equipment, integration and operating costs. If development fails before launch, some or all of your $155 balance may be unrecoverable; the promised $20 no-launch refund remains. If the service launches and later fails, some or all of the $175 paid may be unrecoverable. A full refund after that point is not promised. Applicable consumer rights remain in force. Final service and delivery-risk terms will be provided before the separate $155 decision.
The $20 rejection and pre-launch refund promises remain in place. Full refunds also remain available if funding fails before procurement, or if you cancel within the seven-day procurement-notice window. The final membership terms must define the exact commitment point before you pay $155; merely opening the community does not count as delivering the full programme.
If Private AI is unavailable at day 180, the proposed process is a written account of progress, expenditure and remaining funds, followed by an express choice about any revised delivery plan. Silence is not agreement to an extension. If the project closes, the proposed wind-down would identify recoverable cash and equipment-sale proceeds, legitimate outstanding obligations and a fair distribution method. Equipment may sell for less than its purchase price; any recovery could be small or zero. The method, treatment of equipment and applicable legal obligations must be settled before sale.
We are not promising a founder-funded $17,500 refund pool after equipment is purchased. The funding plan reserves $2,000 for the $20 no-launch refunds and leaves $15,500 for the project. Detailed post-procurement risk, cancellation and service-failure terms will be provided before the separate $155 decision. Mandatory legal rights remain. Application payments do not authorize equipment purchases.
Proposed default: a material Private AI outage lasting more than seven consecutive days extends the common membership term by the affected outage period. At 30 consecutive days, provide a service-status account and proposed continuation or closure process. Any cancellation remedy, recoverable-funds distribution and legally required refunds must be defined before sale; no unfunded full-refund promise is made here. No uninterrupted service or 24/7 support is promised.
Provisional pilot allowance / not a purchased entitlement
We will benchmark a starting allowance of 20 standard review credits per member per month. This is a planning candidate, not a capacity claim or final membership promise. The final offer must state the initial allowance, its evidence and any remaining validation before anyone pays the $155. Recruitment does not require buying equipment first.
At 100 members, this candidate allowance represents 2,000 standard reviews per month. Benchmark model choice, context, output length and concentrated demand before committing to it. Reduce the advertised allowance before sale if testing requires it, rather than silently reducing purchased benefits later.
A serious commitment to one another
Applicants commit to signing a reciprocal confidentiality agreement before community access. It will bind members and PennedCanon to use covered unpublished manuscripts, samples, private personal accounts and identified confidential project material only for the agreed workshop or service purpose. The full agreement will be available before the $155 decision and signed before confidential community access.
The commitment applies to how we use material as well as how we share it. Another writer’s sample is offered for the agreed exchange—not for republication, redistribution or uploading to an outside AI service without permission.
The final NDA will define its scope, permitted uses, duration and exceptions. This page describes the intended policy; it is not an NDA or an electronic signature. Confidentiality agreements do not guarantee that a breach cannot occur or establish copyright ownership. The agreement must define who can enforce its obligations, including protections between members, and the limited permissions needed to host and review shared work.
Product suggestions and creative work need different permissions. A dedicated feedback channel will explain the permission to consider and implement voluntarily submitted product suggestions without promised compensation. That permission will not give PennedCanon broad reuse rights over manuscripts, samples or private accounts. The final wording remains for review.
A note from the founder
PennedCanon grew out of my own experience developing Sovereign Mercy. I want this club to bring more writers into the process: people with different lives, different stories and a shared willingness to work carefully.
You’ll have direct contact with product development. I can’t build every requested feature, but every club member’s idea will be considered. I want us to learn from real writing problems, share what helps and celebrate the work each member brings into the world.

Help the right writers find us
A writing community begins with people finding one another. If the club’s purpose speaks to you, help it reach a writer who might feel at home here. Those personal introductions can help us work toward the 100 fully paid memberships needed to fund the workshop and shared AI.
We’ve prepared adaptable video scripts, captions, personal invitations and downloadable graphics for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Start with why the idea interests you; make the words your own.
Sharing is entirely optional. It does not affect admission, reserve a place or earn a discount. Reaching the funding goal would let the project proceed under its final terms; sharing does not guarantee launch, delivery or anyone’s writing results.

Before you apply
No. It is part of the $175 first-year price if you are accepted. The remaining balance is $155. If your application is rejected or the club does not launch, the $20 is refunded in full.
Accepted applicants who confirm their membership commitment. A submitted application by itself does not count. At 50 qualified applicants we begin detailed planning. At 100 accepted applicants with a workable plan, each receives the final offer and chooses whether to pay $155. Procurement requires 100 fully paid memberships, cleared funds and the closed cancellation window.
No. You choose what to share. The application asks for a general introduction, not a sample. Confidential community sharing begins only after the required agreements are signed.
No. The NDA sets contractual confidentiality and permitted-use obligations for covered material. It does not determine copyrightability or guarantee that no one will breach their obligations. The final agreement will explain the protections and limits.
No. Purchasing and launching a club-only server is part of the proposed funded launch. Before requesting the separate $155 balance, we will publish the delivery schedule, access allowances and the remedy if a promised service cannot be delivered.
No. The payment purchases membership access for the stated term. It provides no shares, equity, profit participation, ownership of equipment or financial return.
The proposed paid year begins on one common cohort date after every founding account has been offered activation and readiness checks pass, announced at least seven days in advance. Earlier access is additional. Not logging in does not defer your term. Final delivery remedies must be settled before the $155 decision.
The $175 price covers the first year only. There is no automatic renewal. Continued paid access requires a separate offer and affirmative purchase. No renewal payment is authorized by your application.
Yes. Follow the prepared revision demonstration or explore the prepared Dickens and Austen samples. Free Explore does not provide a workspace for your own manuscript. Those existing experiences are separate from this proposed club.
