PennedCanon Explore Terms of Use

Version: explore-terms-20261018-v2. Effective when public PennedCanon Explore signup opens; not before that opening.

Who provides Explore

PennedCanon Explore is provided by The Sage Dad LLC. Contact [email protected] for support, privacy requests or account questions.

Eligibility and free access

Explore is offered to United States residents who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. Use an email address and sign-in account you control.

Explore provides available samples and supported review tools. It does not include personal manuscript creation or uploads, paid AI requests, subscriptions or paid credits at this launch. Creating an account does not authorize a charge or guarantee access to future features. Existing beta access remains subject to its separate agreement and permissions.

Account access

Sign in through Google or an email verification code using Clerk. Protect access to your email and sign-in account; do not share passwords or verification codes. Matching email addresses do not establish ownership of another workspace. Connecting an existing beta workspace requires a separate, explicit action from that authenticated workspace.

Content and creative decisions

You retain the rights you hold in original notes and other content you create. You give us limited permission to host, store, process and display that content to operate the service for you and provide supported downloads. Samples retain their applicable rights and notices. Sample availability does not grant rights beyond its license or public-domain status.

Review tools and source history may contain errors or omissions. You make the creative decisions. Authorship evidence records supported activity; it does not certify copyright, originality, ownership or copyright eligibility.

Use Explore lawfully. Do not submit content you lack permission to provide, interfere with security, access another person's account or misuse the service.

Availability, suspension and closure

Explore is evolving and may be interrupted or changed. Keep independent copies of work that matters to you. You can stop using Explore at any time and contact us about account closure or a copy of retained information. Closure and deletion are separate from backup rotation and support-mail cleanup. The companion Explore Privacy Notice explains the verified retention settings and the limits on fixed deletion periods. The shutdown download window below is not a promise that all retained copies are erased within 30 days.

For a planned permanent shutdown of Explore, we will notify you at your account email and provide at least 30 days to download remaining saved content before planned closure or deletion. Where a supported export is unavailable, contact support for a copy of remaining content. This commitment cannot restore information already lost or deleted. Urgent security incidents, misuse or legal requirements may require immediate restrictions; we will provide notice and access to remaining content when lawful and safe. Existing beta shutdown commitments remain unchanged.

Legal protections and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Explore is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or preservation of all content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We will identify the effective version of these terms and communicate material changes through the service or account email, requesting renewed acceptance where appropriate. These terms do not add mandatory arbitration or a special court or governing-law requirement.
